Ann, a 25-year-old novice of Orthodox monasticism, lives in a monastery, studying the holy script. In parallel with this, the young girl is also interested in exorcism rites, which are performed only by experienced priests. She repeatedly saw the sinister process of expelling the evil spirit from the body of the patient, dreaming of someday being in the place of the clergy in order to also save people from evil spirits.
Ann spends a lot of time behind forbidden magic books, studying rituals and spiritualism. The girl believes that she is endowed with a unique gift and her mission is to heal those possessed by a demon. But the mentors believe that the nun is too young for this business. Despite the prohibitions, she secretly enters the chamber and makes attempts to drive the demon out of the body of an innocent person. Suddenly, everything does not go according to plan, and the demon receives the long-awaited freedom, from which mercy should not be expected.
